Young R4R was founded in November 2006, after the great succes of the Residents Universitiy in Birmingham. The original R4R team sought a way to approach the many active and ambitious young people, who all operate independently across Europe, and bring them together so they may learn from eachother.
Young R4R is opgericht in November 2006, na het grote
succes van de Resident University in Birmingham. Het originele R4R team
zocht een manier om jonge mensen uit de Europese unie te betrekken bij
hun werkzaamheden. Hieruit is de dochterorganisatie YR4R ontstaan; een
bewonersorganisatie bestaande uit jongeren. Ons doel is om een Europees
netwerk te bewerkstelligen van jonge, actieve burgers met de ambitie om
iets te doen binnen de leefgemeenschap.

- Young R4R wants to organise workshops, presentations and other activities to bring active youngsters together, to share experience, information and get motivated.
